Ingredients
1 mango, diced
1 large peach, sliced
4 mint leaves
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup milk
Preparation
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth and airy.
2. Garnish with slices of peach, mango and mint leaves.
