| This is a lighter and healthier version of the classic salmon mousse recipe. It is delicious and makes a wonderful entree. Make sure to chill it for at least 3 hours before serving.
Weight Watchers Salmon Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
- 240 g salmon (bones and skin removed)
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup cold water
- 1 tsp. gelatin
- 1⁄2 cup strained Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. onion (grated)
- 1⁄4 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- pepper
Instructions
- Sprinkle the gelatin on the cold water and let stand for about 5 minutes.
- Heat the water until the gelatin melts.
- Puree the salmon with the yogurt and mayonnaise.
- Pour the gelatin into the salmon puree and add the grated onion, dill, parsley, lemon juice and pepper.
- Combine thoroughly and refrigerate until the mousse is partially set.
- Pour into two lightly oiled moulds and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Unmould by briefly holding in a bowl of warm water and inverting onto a serving plate. Serve spread on bread.
