Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1 kg (about 2 1/4 lbs) large green prawns, peeled
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier


Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients (except the prawns).
2. Add the prawns, cover and marinate for about 3 hours in the refrigerator.
