Ingredients
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- ¾ cup Taco Bell Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ lb. (4 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the combined salsa and broth to a boil.
- Add the rice and Velveeta cheese; stir. Cover. Remove from the heat and let stand for about 5 minutes.
- Stir until the Velveeta cheese is completely melted and the mixture is well blended.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.
