These sweet potatoes are fantastic! If you love sweet potatoes you will definitely fall in love with this crispy snack and the accompanying sauce; it caramelizes slightly on the grill and is deliciously sticky and sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ¼-inch-thick slices
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
Instructions
- Spray the grill rack with some nonstick spray and prepare the grill for medium-hot fire.
- In a small bowl, ombine the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, vinegar and pepper; mix well.
- Brush the potato slices with the ketchup mixture on both sides.
- Grill the potatoes about 5 inches from heat, turning frequently and brushing with the remaining ketchup mixture, for about 8 minutes (until browned on the outside and tender when pierced with a barbecue fork).
