WeightWatchers Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
|This recipe makes some wonderful dark chocolate cupcakes. They are so rich, moist and chocolaty that they have become a family favorite. Not to mention they’re really easy to make!

Ingredients
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup oil
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients until well blended and moist.
- Place the mixture in 16 cupcake cups and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes.
- Frost with your favorite icing.
