Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, or steaks
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Rinse the salmon, and arrange in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dill, onion powder, salt and pepper over the fish.
- Place pieces of butter evenly over the fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
