WeightWatchers Savory Egg White Open Faced Omelette recipe

***2 Points***

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Egg Beaters Egg Whites
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Sliced)
1/4 Cup of Fresh Spinach
1 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Spray Oil

Directions:

1. Spray pan and lightly saute Spinach. Set aside
2. Mix Egg White, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder in small bowl.
3. Spray skillet with oil set to medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and wait until it begins to set (2-3 minutes)
3. Place spinach and tomatoes on top of the egg mixture and cover skillet. Allow time for the egg to finish cooking (2 minutes)
4. Place Open Face Omelette on Plate and Sprinkle with Cheese.

*** Serves 1 ***
