Sweet, crunchy balls of popcorn - after trying this, you won't ever need to try another popcorn recipe.
Ingredients
  • 5 qt plain popcorn, popped
  • 3⁄4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp cold water
  • 1⁄4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 2 5⁄8 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cold water, margarine, corn syrup, marshmallows and powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Carefully combine the hot mixture with the popcorn, coating each kernel.
  3. Grease your hands with vegetable shortening and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools.
