Easy to make and a huge crowd pleaser - I mean who doesn't love pepperoni and melted cheese?
Ingredients
  • 15 slices French bread, cut 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 (3 ounce) package thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet using aluminum foil.
  2. Broil the bread 4 inches from heat until lightly toasted.
  3. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. onion and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese evenly on the bread.
  4. Top with two slices pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining onion and mozzarella cheese evenly over the pepperoni.
  6. Broil for 1 minute (until the cheese melts).
