Weight Watchers Romaine Lettuce and Mango Salad recipe
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 cup refrigerated mango, chopped
1/2 cup red onions, sliced
4 tablespoons fat-free balsamic vinaigrette
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, mango and red onions.
2. Toss with the vinaigrette and serve.
