Weight Watchers Low Fat Chocolate Frozen Yogurt recipe
Ingredients
1 quart plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or bowl until the sugar dissolves (you can start with less sugar and then just add more until it’s as sweet as you like).
2. Refrigerate for at least four hours, up to two days (you want it to be VERY cold).
3. Transfer to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
4. When serving, garnish with fresh strawberry slices (optional).
