Weight Watchers Bean Salad recipe
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
4 (16 ounce) cans beans (green beans or kidney beans or chickpeas or cannellini beans or wax beans or black-eyed peas), rinsed and drained
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Let sit to marinate for several hours (to overnight) before serving.
