1 pound(s) iceberg lettuce
4 oz Fresh Goat Cheese, Herbs & Garlic (Crumbled)
1⁄4 cup(s) pine nuts
1⁄2 cup(s) fresh cherry tomato(es) (halved)
1⁄8 cup Dried Cranberries
1⁄4 cup(s), sliced red onion(s)
4 Tbsp Balsamic Reduction
Directions:
1. Quarter a head of iceberg lettuce
2. Cover with Goat Cheese, Pine Nuts, Tomatoes, Cranberries, and Onions.
3. Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction.
