Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat English muffins
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green peppers
- 1 cup fresh mushroom slices
- ⅓ cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
Instructions
- Cut the English muffins into halves and toast them.
- Heat the broiler.
- Spread the muffin halves with pizza sauce.
- Top with the remaining ingredients, putting the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, until the mozzarella is melted (about 3-4 minutes).
