Thai green curry chicken is a flavorful and weight-friendly dish for those following the Weight Watchers program. A traditional Thai green curry recipe is made with a blend of spices, including green chilies, lemongrass, ginger, and garlic, and it is simmered with coconut milk, chicken, and vegetables. However, for those looking to keep track of their points on the Weight Watchers program, modifications can be made to the recipe such as using less coconut milk or using chicken breast instead of other cuts of chicken. This “weight watchers thai curry” version is still flavorful and aromatic, and can be enjoyed as part of your “weight watchers chicken curry” meal plan.

Whenever you’re in a hurry, you can make this quick Thai curry dish. This versatile recipe allows you to add your favorite vegetables or anything you have on hand – it’s great for mixing & matching to make your own custom dish.
