Red Bell Pepper
Directions:

Turn Broiler on to high and place whole pepper on baking sheet 6′ below heating element. Check every few minutes.

Rotate pepper when side facing heating element gets completely charred. Remove from oven when pepper is completely black and let cool.

Remove charred skin, stem, and seeds. Cut into strips.
this is a zero point/low cost hack of the jarred roasted peppers that you find in oil at the grocery
