Ingredients
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 lbs.), cut in half
1/2 cup flour
1 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup <a href="https://amzn.to/2sSkbbQ" target="_blank">Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing</a>
2 Tablespoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons <a href="https://amzn.to/2T8VvGy" target="_blank">A.1. Original Sauce</a>
1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
Place the chicken in a shallow dish.
Mix the A.1. sauce, dressing and lime juice until blended; pour over the chicken, turning to evenly coat each piece.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour to marinate.
Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
Mix the seasonings with the flour in a pie plate.
Add the chicken, a few pieces at a time, turning to evenly coat each piece. Place on a large plate.
Heat the peanut oil in large skillet to 350 degrees F.
Add chicken pieces in batches and cook for about 11 - 13 minutes (until golden brown and done) at 165 degrees F, turning after about 6 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
