Ingredients
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (2 lbs.), cut in half
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • ¼ cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons chili powder
  • ½ teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken in a shallow dish.
  2. Mix the A.1. sauce, dressing and lime juice until blended; pour over the chicken, turning to evenly coat each piece.
  3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Drain the chicken and discard the marinade.
  5. Mix the seasonings with the flour in a pie plate.
  6. Add the chicken, a few pieces at a time, turning to evenly coat each piece. Place on a large plate.
  7. Heat the peanut oil in large skillet to 350 degrees F.
  8. Add chicken pieces in batches and cook for about 11 - 13 minutes (until golden brown and done) at 165 degrees F, turning after about 6 minutes.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
