|Weight Watchers Egg White and Veggie Omelet Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbsp skim milk
- 2 mushrooms sliced
- ¼ red bell pepper chopped
- ⅛ cup white onion chopped
- cooking spray
- salt and pepper to taste
- ⅛ tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Lightly spray sauté pan, and sauté veggies until onion becomes transparent (4-5 minutes). Set aside.
- 2, Whisk egg whites and milk with salt, pepper, and thyme. Re-spray the same sauté pan and gently pour egg mixture in. Cove and let eggs firm until fully cooked
- Pour sautéed veggies onto one side of your omelet and carefully fold the other side over the top.
- Transfer to plate. You can top with salsa for no extra points!
Serves 1
