WeightWatchers Chocolate Cookie Balls Recipe

Melted dipping chocolate, chocolate pudding and crushed cookies give these cookie balls their triple-chocolatey goodness. Tip: use a food processor to finely crush the OREO Cookies, then use a mini scoop to portion the cookie dough to make uniformly sized cookie balls.

Ingredients
  • 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 package (3.9 oz.) <a href="https://amzn.to/30gypPT" target="_blank">Jell-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding</a>
  • 1 oz. white chocolate
  • 3 packages (4 oz. each) <a href="https://amzn.to/2tg24fT" target="_blank">Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate</a>, melted
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir the pudding mix and the milk with a large spoon just until the pudding mix is moistened. Immediately stir in the cookie crumbs; mix well.
  2. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
  3. Dip the balls in the semi-sweet chocolate, then place in a single layer in a shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes (until firm).
  4. Melt the white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over the cookie balls. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes (until firm).
