Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 egg
- ½ cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the oats, flour, cinnamon and baking soda Beat the sugars and butter in a large bowl with a mixer until blended. Add the egg; mix well. Gradually beat in the flour mixture until well blended. Stir in the raisins and chocolate.
- Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake for about 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a baking sheet for about 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
