4 haddock fillets (1 lb.)
2 large baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1 pkt. <a href="http://amzn.to/2s4rpn0" target="_blank">SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix</a>, divided
1/4 cup <a href="http://amzn.to/2rpM8p2" target="_blank">KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing</a>

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss the potatoes with the Italian dressing, then 1/4 cup coating mix. Spread onto a large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, spread the remaining coating mix onto a large plate. Spread the fish fillets with 2 tablespoons MIRACLE WHIP; press, dressing sides down, in coating mix. Repeat to coat the remaining sides of the fish fillets. Place on a rack of the broiler pan.
Add the fish to the oven with the potatoes. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the potatoes are tender.
