- 1 French bread baguette
- 3 tablespoons <a href="https://www.ww-recipes.net//////2008/03/weight-watchers-basil-pesto-recipe-5-points/" target="_blank">basil pesto sauce</a>
- 1 tub (8 oz.) <a href="https://amzn.to/2RxKLkM" target="_blank">Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread</a>
- 1/2 cup drained marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves or arugula leaves, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Cut the baguette lengthwise in half. Remove the soft insides from both bread halves, reserving the removed bread for another use.
- Mix the pesto sauce with the cream cheese spread; spread onto the insides of the bread shells.
- Fill with the artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach or arugula, and Parmesan cheese.
- Reassemble the baguette, wrapping tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into 25 slices and serve.
