I love using this light, low-fat dressing on my salads. It’s a very healthy and tasty alternative to mayo or other heavy dressings. It’s also great on sandwiches, coleslaw or potato salads.
Weight Watchers Yogurt Dressing recipe
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
garlic salt, to taste (optional)
Preparation
1. Blend all the ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
