WeightWatchers Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe
|This is a quick and easy light dessert recipe, just perfect for the hot weather outside! Delicious and refreshing, it will satisfy your sweet tooth and cool you off at the same time.
Weight Watchers Strawberry Frozen Yogurt recipe
Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
4 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
1. Fill a 16-cube ice cube tray with 2 cups of the vanilla yogurt. Freeze until frozen solid (for at least 3 hours).
2. Place the yogurt cubes, sugar, frozen strawberries, and the remaining 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt in the food processor. Secure the top and pulse for about 10-20 seconds, until it becomes smooth and creamy.
3. Serve garnished with whipped cream or fresh strawberries.
4. If you prefer a thicker texture or if the yogurt softens, place the finished frozen yogurt in the freezer for about 20 minutes to harden before serving.
