I know some people don’t like cooking chicken because they think it’s difficult. This is a very easy recipe will prove them wrong!
Weight Watchers Slow Cooked Garlic Chicken recipe
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
10 garlic cloves, smashed
2 onions, sliced
1/4 cup lemon pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
1. Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
2. Mix together the lemon pepper, paprika and salt.
3. Coat the chicken with the spice mixture.
4. Place the coated chicken in the crock pot and cover with the garlic cloves and onions.
5. Cook on low heat for about 3-4 hours (or until done).
