Weight Watchers Peas with Onion and Garlic recipe
Ingredients
4 cups peas, thawed
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chicken stock
4 tablespoons water
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Saute the garlic and onion flakes in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Mix the chicken stock with the water, then add to the skillet.
3. Stir in the peas and simmer until tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
