WeightWatchers Oatmeal-Pecan Bread Recipe

Weight Watchers Oatmeal-Pecan Bread recipe
Makes 12 servings

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast


Preparation
1. Place the ingredients in the bread machine, in the order given.
2. Select the Sweet or Basic/White option.
3. Use medium or light crust.
4. After the bread is done, cool it on a wire rack.
