Weight Watchers No Fat Carrot Raisin Salad recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups carrots, shredded
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
1. Make the dressing by combining the yogurt, lemon juice, cinnamon and honey.
2. Add the carrots, raisins and pineapple.
3. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
