Weight Watchers Lemonade Chicken recipe
Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
1. Place the chicken breasts in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Combine the soy sauce, lemonade and garlic powder and pour the mixture over the chicken.
3. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
4. Uncover, pour the juices over the chicken and cook uncovered for another 10 minutes.
5. Serve over rice.
