Weight Watchers Leeks with Greens recipe
Makes 8 servings

Ingredients
4 leeks, finely sliced
1 savoy cabbage or winter greens, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons butter or oil
salt and pepper, to taste


Preparation
1. In a large frying pan, melt the butter and saute the leeks for about 6-8 minutes (until tender).
2. Meanwhile, steam the greens or savoy cabbage over boiling water for about 2 minutes (if you want, you can also saute them lightly in the frying pan).
3. Combine the leeks with the greens and season with salt and pepper to taste.
