This bean salad has the perfect combination of sweet and sour. It tastes better on the second day so I highly recommend making it in advance.

Weight Watchers Four Bean Salad recipe

Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 (16 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 ounce) can wax beans, drained
8 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup slivered green pepper
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt


Preparation
1. Combine all of the beans, onions and green pepper in a large salad bowl.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl; stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Pour the dressing over the bean mixture.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring several times.
