Weight Watchers Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies recipe
Makes 36 cookies
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup Splenda granular
1 teaspoon baking soda

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix the peanut butter and Splenda until creamy.
3. Beat the egg and add the baking soda.

These tasted good, but were very dry. I had to have a drink at hand for sipping after every bite. I won’t be making them again like this. Maybe add a bit of moisture to the recipe somehow, but haven’t tried anything yet. Thinking about the calorie count, so maybe a few tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce?
These were good. I used Stevia instead of Splenda for a healthier treat and omitting the 6th direction. Maybe next time I will add some vanilla.
Great taste! My husband even liked it! I thought they were tasty but a bit dry. I put lite whip cream on it and it tasted really good. It works great for low carb dieters! Maybe try adding some honey?
