Weight Watchers Creamy Black Beans Spread recipe
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups (about 1 14-oz can) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons tahini (or peanut butter)
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients (except the salsa and tahini) in a blender.
2. Blend until very smooth.
3. Drizzle in the salsa and tahini, and blend again until well combined.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
