Weight Watchers Applesauce Pancakes recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients and beat together.
- Pour the batter onto a hot, lightly oiled griddle or skillet.
- Cook until pancakes have a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges (2-3 minutes).
- Turn pancakes. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes (until golden brown).

If I enter in all of these ingredients into the WW calculator these come out to 8 smart points for 3 pancakes.
I plugged in the recipe but use unsweetened applesauce and got 3 smart pts. for 1 pancake
Just made myself this yummie X-mas breakfast. I love these!
I also got 3 for each pancake. I put it in as serves 4 – so 3 pancakes.
