This recipe makes some wonderful dark chocolate cupcakes. They are so rich, moist and chocolaty that they have become a family favorite. Not to mention they’re really easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix together all the ingredients until well blended and moist.
  2. Place the mixture in 16 cupcake cups and bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Frost with your favorite icing.
