Weight Watchers Cheddar-Stuffed Celery recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
2 stalks celery, cleaned
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Preparation
1. Mix the Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise together to make a spreadable paste.
2. Fill the celery stalks with the cheese/mayo mixture.
3. Cut into serving-size pieces.
4. Sprinkle with paprika if desired and serve.
