5 medium carrots
1 stalk celery
1 inch peeled fresh ginger (or to taste)
Preparation
1. Scrub the carrots well and cut off their tops.
2. Wash the celery.
3. Cut the carrots, celery and ginger into small cubes (so you can process them in your juicer).
4. Juice the vegetables and mix well once they have been juiced.
