Weight Watchers Berry Dessert Beverage recipe
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
1 1/2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 cups orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and roughly chopped
1 tablespoon caster sugar, or to taste
ice cubes (optional)
mint leaf, to serve


Preparation
1. Place the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi fruit and 1 cup of the orange juice in a blender, and blend for about 45 seconds (or until smooth).
2. If you’re using ice, crush it in the blender (use the ice crusher button on the blender if it has one); add the berry purée, remaining orange juice and sugar.
3. Blend to combine, then taste for sweetness and add more sugar if desired.
4. Pour into 6 glasses and garnish each with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
