Weight Watchers Thick Banana Smoothie recipe
Ingredients
2 medium bananas, coarsely chopped
2 cups skim milk (or low-fat milk)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon wheat germs
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
1. Using a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until smooth.
2. Note: For a thicker consistency, use frozen bananas (or add ice cubes to the blender).
