This is so easy to make, and so delicious! It’s very filling and low-fat, the perfect breakfast for the crisp fall days!

Weight Watchers Apple Oatmeal recipe
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup chopped peeled apples
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Preparation
1. In a medium saucepan, bring milk and water to boil.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thick.
3. Cover and let stand a few minutes.
