Ingredients
- 5 qt plain popcorn, popped
- 3⁄4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp cold water
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 2 5⁄8 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cold water, margarine, corn syrup, marshmallows and powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Carefully combine the hot mixture with the popcorn, coating each kernel.
- Grease your hands with vegetable shortening and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools.
