Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped peeled and seeded cucumber
- ½ large ripe avocado, chopped
- 1 tablespoons. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a chopper or mini food processor.
- Add ¼ cup water, and blend until very smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
