Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 1⁄2 tbsp white sugar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place the beef in a shallow dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the green onion, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and ground black pepper. Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat a grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Quickly cook the beef on the hot grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until slightly charred and cooked through.
