Here's a recipe for some really quick and easy bar cookies: simply top a cake-mix crust with peanuts, milk chocolate candies and marshmallows. The kids will love them!

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Combine the dry cake mix with the egg and butter; spread onto the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for about 16-18 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean).
- Top immediately with the remaining ingredients. Bake for about 2 more minutes, or until the marshmallows begin to melt.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
