Ingredients
  • 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine the oats, flour, cinnamon and baking soda Beat the sugars and butter in a large bowl with a mixer until blended. Add the egg; mix well. Gradually beat in the flour mixture until well blended. Stir in the raisins and chocolate.
  3. Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  4. Bake for about 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a baking sheet for about 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
