Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1-1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 env. (0.7 oz.) Italian Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup carrots, thinly shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. red peppers, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix the sour cream, Italian dressing mix and mustard in a medium bowl until blended.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for several hours.
