Ingredients
- 1 tomato (about 80 g)
- 1 piece of cucumber (about 80 g)
- 50 g feta cheese (9% fat)
- 1 stalk of mint
Instructions
- Wash and dry the tomato and cucumber.
- Cut the tomato and cucumber into cubes.
- Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
- Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves.
- Mix the vegetables, cheese and mint on a plate. Serve.
