Weight Watchers Boca Blue Cheese Burger Salad recipe
Ingredients
1 frozen Boca meatless original vegan burger
1 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Cook the Boca burger in a skillet as directed on package, topping with blue cheese and covering the skillet for the last minute.
2. Place the lettuce on a plate.
3. Top the lettuce with the burger, tomatoes and pepper.
